@Ask_Spectrum I don’t buy that argument at all. Look at what the angels with Fox sports does to their app. I can watch no problem even right now through their platform. Plus if you really wanted to, you could prevent “theft” you could do it like the cord cutters,limiting simultaneous streams.

I hate how bad @Xfinity's service is, out here... but it's also the only one available for me, which sucks. It makes me miss having @GetSpectrum, but I also wouldn't mind having @ATT as a provider, if they had something faster than 25mbps in my area >.<

@Ask_Spectrum tech showed up unprompted, messed with my internet box, disconnected my services and immediately left. No one can come fix it until tomorrow. WTF? When I worked at a utility, if we made a mistake like this we IMMEDIATELY dispatched someone to fix it.

I asked to speak to a manager then stopped, because I feel bad for the rep whose job is clearly to push me into spending more. But honestly I should be able to cancel cable with a click of a button on a website. @Ask_Spectrum
