Each week, simply log in to your Marley Spoon account to customize your order. Choose from the 100+ recipes on offer, with plenty of options for healthy diets, low-carb meals, vegetarian or pescatarian eaters too. You can also select meals on the basis of which recipes are family-friendly or easiest to cook. After a couple of weeks, our ‘Taste Profile’ algorithm will help select recipes for you, but you’ll always have the option to swap any meal for something else you crave on the weekly menu.
How much food arrives with your delivery depends on the meal plan you select – cooking for two? Dining as a family? Select the number of portions you need for each meal during the sign-up process. We’ll then send you the exact amount of food you’ll need for each recipe. There are two main reasons for this, pre-portioned ingredients make it quicker and easier to get cooking, and having the precise amount you’ll need considerably reduces food waste compared to fetching groceries from the supermarket.
Our meal delivery service is fairly flexible, choose a morning or afternoon delivery slot on the day of the week that suits you best. Our delivery partners offer deliveries on most days of the week, depending slightly on the area in which you live. Select the delivery day that’s best for you and we’ll save this as your weekly slot from week one onwards.
